Wasatch Brewery Shot Ski 2nd Annual logo

On Saturday October 14th, Park City will attempt to reclaim the crown for longest shot-ski. The Sunrise Rotary is currently enlisting participants to take a "shot" of Wasatch beer to help raise funds for local nonprofits. Park City's shot-ski (actually a total of 440 skis bolted together) will be raised at 2 p.m. This attempt will hopefully break the record of the 1,234 participants set by Breckenridge last January.

And once again Wasatch Brewery is stepping up and sponsoring this fun event. Afterwards, in order to keep the party going, Wasatch Brewery will host a beer garden in the Brew Pub lot from noon until 6 p.m., and will include games, live music, a food truck and a selection of Wasatch Brewery's award-winning craft beers.

So come out and be part of breaking the world record for the longest shot-ski. And if it helps just remember the money raised will be going to local non-profits. Because here in Park City we not only continue to break records, but we do it for the betterment of our community.
