Summer is here! The temperatures are perfect for outside activities, and May 25th is Opening Day for Vail's Summer Operations!! With two villages to choose from and several activities at both villages, you are sure to find something for everyone. We have provided a list of both Park City Mountain Village and Canyons Village activities so you can get out and Enjoy Park City this summer.

Park City is known for being home to many elite athletes, Maryquenn Vellinga being among them. Maryguenn knows boxing, she will willingly talk about her love for boxing anyplace, anytime. But rarely talks about her ranking within the USA Boxing Elite. Maryguenn is a fierce competitor and an equally fierce coach and fitness instructor. She has taught fitness and boxing here in Park City for several years and now after a lot of blood, sweat, and market research, she and her husband Luke are opening their own fitness boxing studio here in Park City. This week I had the honor of sitting ringside and talking with Maryguenn about her love of family, boxing, and Park City.

SPRING IN THE MOUNTAINS

The temps are rising and the snow is melting. This is the perfect time to get out and enjoy the amazing hiking trails here in Park City. Here are a few of our favorites, along with some general tips and tricks for the beauty that is spring hiking in Park City.

LOST PROSPECTOR
The Lost Prospector trail is a quintessential Park City classic, and for all trail lovers.  It is accessible for recreation during the spring, sitting on the ridgeline just above the town, Lost Prospector is a great out-and-back hike option, or a loop if integrated with the Rail Trail. The trail offers stunning views of Park City, and of both resorts. There are other trail options that run along/intersect with Lost Prospector if hiking in a loop is
