Proximity to Park City coupled with dramatic views of the expansive body of water, Deer Valley ski slopes and Mount Timpanogos make this Wasatch County region a hit among homebuyers. New communities have been popping up in the past decade that appeal to both second homeowners and primary residents. The robust 40-year development plan for the Mayflower side of Deer Valley will establish a top tier ski resort base area to which all of these communities will enjoy easy access.
