Visit Luxurious Area Homes on the 2014 Luxury Home Tour

Come out and see some of the most beautiful and luxurious homes in the Park City area and benefit some area charities at the same time. This year’s tour will be held on Saturday, August 9.

The annual Luxury Home Tour is considered Park City’s premier real estate showcase, and the 2014 show is its 23^rd year. The Tour will feature some of the finest residences that the public would not otherwise get to see. This year’s event will present homes in the prestigious The Colony at White Pine Canyon.

This event is organized and hosted by the Park City Board of Realtors Philanthropic Foundation. This fundraiser was conceptualized to use the natural beauty of the Park City area to highlight privately owned luxury homes to raise funds and support for local non-profit organization.

The first eight Luxury Home Tours were known as the Deer Valley Luxury Home Tour, featuring homes in the Silver Lake Village area of Deer Valley. As more and more luxury homes were built in the Park City area, the tour expanded to include these luxury home developments.

Past areas highlighted by the tour include Deer Valley, Promontory, Empire Pass, and Deer Crest. The organizations receiving donations has also evolved and grown in number. The YWCA’s Women in Jeopardy programs was the Tour’s first beneficiary. In 1995, the Park City Peace House, a shelter for domestic abuse victims opened its doors and because a beneficiary of the Tour. The Luxury Home Tour has since extended its efforts to benefit additional housing-related non-profits and educational scholarships.

Ticket Prices and Transportation Information

Tickets for the Tour are $60 when purchased in advanced, $65 day of event. All tickets include transportation, lunch, live music, and the official tour program.

Private vehicles will not be allowed access to the White Pine community during this event, so you will be taking a bus to tour the homes. Buses will be running throughout the day starting at 8:30 a.m. and will be leaving from the Cabriolet parking lot at the Canyons Resort.

When you reserve your tickets, you will be able to choose a departure time; however, organizers ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your departure time.

Other Information

There are no cameras or recording devices allowed. Also, please no children under the age of 12. Wear comfortable shoes and expect to wear complimentary protective booties during tours of the homes.
