Looking for an easy and fun venue for the entire family? Park Silly is an open-air market and street festival all in one that features unique and eclectic-local and regional arts and crafts. There are also musical acts throughout the day on two separate stages. You'll find performance art, antiques, imports, and one-of-a-kind finds. And don't forget the delicious gourmet foods, and farmers market fruits and vegetables. And the best part of all is the full bar and beer garden at the bottom of Main Street, across from the main stage. We recommend the market's famous Bloody Marys and sit and enjoy some live music! The Silly Sunday Market is an event that is genuinely unique as our town.

Park City is known for being home to many elite athletes, Maryquenn Vellinga being among them. Maryguenn knows boxing, she will willingly talk about her love for boxing anyplace, anytime. But rarely talks about her ranking within the USA Boxing Elite. Maryguenn is a fierce competitor and an equally fierce coach and fitness instructor. She has taught fitness and boxing here in Park City for several years and now after a lot of blood, sweat, and market research, she and her husband Luke are opening their own fitness boxing studio here in Park City. This week I had the honor of sitting ringside and talking with Maryguenn about her love of family, boxing, and Park City.

LOST PROSPECTOR
The Lost Prospector trail is a quintessential Park City classic, and for all trail lovers.  It is accessible for recreation during the spring, sitting on the ridgeline just above the town, Lost Prospector is a great out-and-back hike option, or a loop if integrated with the Rail Trail. The trail offers stunning views of Park City, and of both resorts. There are other trail options that run along/intersect with Lost Prospector if hiking in a loop is…

homes in lower deer valley utah

The real estate market in Park City, Utah continues forward, moving in an upward direction with no signs on the horizon of making a turn. We are consistently asked if we think the market prices will drop, or if the activity will decrease. Of course, it is possible, and at some point, the market will surely level, if not actually retract in units sales and/or prices. For now, things seem to be good, and steady.

A major difference in this market, compared to what we saw back in 2005-2007, is today's buyers do not seem to be leveraging themselves. Over a decade back, lending was so loose, and it was way too easy for anyone to get money to make a real estate investment purchase. In today's word, the rules and regulations for qualifying and approval on…
