The real estate market in Park City, Utah continues forward, moving in an upward direction with no signs on the horizon of making a turn. We are consistently asked if we think the market prices will drop, or if the activity will decrease. IT'S STILL WINTER AT SNOWBIRD

With the 2017-2018 ski season coming to a close here in Park City, there is still time to head up to Snowbird where you can ski and snowboard for several more weeks. Snowbird will be open with daily operations planned through May 6, conditions permitting, and weekends as the snow allows after that. There is still plenty of snow and winter activities to keep everyone busy in the famous Utah snow. Snowbird still has snowcat skiing, snowshoeing and guided backcountry and mountain tours available.
