What Makes The Roundabout Unique?

Most properties in Old Town are quietly small, averaging about 2,200 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and a single-car garage. Many of these properties are quite narrow and located on tight, crowded streets with limited parking. Roundabout offers large, spacious townhomes that are somewhat wider than typical Old Town homes. Unique features include the building's abundance of parking and storage. Each of the four residences has its own oversized two-car garage, easily fitting two cars, plus extra space at the back with lockers and benches, providing plenty of room for all the toys that Park City residents often collect. Additionally, there are extra storage spaces in the garages and another 10 guest parking spaces. Parking in Old Town is highly coveted and scarce.

The building is within a short, mostly flat walk to Main Street, which involves no significant hills. Walking to Main Street from here is much easier than from many other Old Town locations, such as Lowell, Empire, and Norfolk. All units enjoy large outdoor spaces, including a front patio deck and additional decks, including large hot tub decks in the end units adjacent to the Master Suite.

Some potential buyers and Realtors might argue that the building faces the busy road of Deer Valley Drive. True. But in Old Town, all homes face streets. Some neighborhood streets may be less busy, but most locations are very tight and compact, with homes close together and little space in between. Here, residents enjoy a bit more elbow room thanks to the building being set back nicely from the street, offering more blue sky than is typical in most Old Town properties.

With its large interiors, abundant parking, and ample storage, this Old Town location is highly walkable and offers year-round full-time living, which is difficult to find in most Old Town areas.
