Park Station consists of two brick buildings built between 1980 and 1982 and comprises 81 units. There are a couple of one-bedroom condos, but most are similar two-bedroom layouts around 1,250 square feet. The layouts are practical and make good sense, what we often call no-nonsense layouts.
