Is Park Station the best real estate choice for you?
Park Station's location is nearly ideal. In Old Town, the highest value is either ski-in, ski-out or near the Town Lift and Main Street. Park Station is right at the bottom of Main Street and a very short walk to the Town Lift for skiing in winter and biking in summer. Guests who do not want to ski every day will enjoy the easy walk to dining, shopping, coffee shops, art galleries, and more on Main Street. Park City's City Park is also right down the paved bike path. This location is fantastic, and these condos are quite affordable.
Park Station consists of two brick buildings built between 1980 and 1982 and comprises 81 units. There are a couple of one-bedroom condos, but most are similar two-bedroom layouts around 1,250 square feet. The layouts are practical and make good sense, what we often call no-nonsense layouts. Many owners have extensively renovated their condos, so styles can vary quite a bit from unit to unit. The development includes elevators and a large communal patio with a pool and hot tub.
