Is Greyhawk the best real estate choice for you?

The location of Greyhawk is one of its greatest assets. It is situated at 675 Deer Valley Drive, equally distant from Main Street and Deer Valley ski resort. The FREE Park City bus runs along Deer Valley Drive, with a bus stop right outside Greyhawk. In summer, numerous nearby trails are available for hiking and biking. Units facing Deer Valley Drive receive more sunlight and offer better views, though they may experience slightly more road noise.

These condos were built between 1996 and 1997 and consist of 26 townhomes. Each townhome has its own outdoor deck and/or patio. All 26 units share access to a large underground parking garage, which is a premium in Old Town. The interiors feature what is commonly called mountain contemporary style, with many units including wood flooring, granite countertops, travertine tile, and other mountain-inspired materials. These 2 and 3-bedroom condos range from 1,025 to 1,500 square feet. While there are no hot tubs or shared amenities, a few units have private hot tubs installed.
