One end of the street offers access to ski racing runs and the halfpipe/park at Park City ski resort, while the other end features the Silver Star ski-in, ski-out development with the Silver Star ski lift. One of Park City's ski runs drops directly down to the edge of the Crescent Ridge development.

These townhomes were built between 1972 and 1976, and many have undergone extensive remodels and reconstructions, so their styles and layouts can vary widely from one unit to the next.
