Snyders Mill Homes in Silver Springs

Snyders Mill is a large subdivision located in the Silver Springs area of Park City, Utah. This location is also in Snyderville Basin, where the Snyders Mill name originates. This is a recognizeable neighborhood as it is rare in Park City to see so many homes built with stucco exteriors. The benefit to stucco is you do not have to stain or paint every couple years like normal wood siding homes. What we like best about Snyders Mill is you can find a nice home without having to overspend. You'll find some nice finishes, and nice landscaping in Snyders Mill starting at reasonably affordable prices.

Is Snyders Mill the best Park City real estate choice for you?

Snyders Mill is a subdivision located in the Snyderville Basin's Silver Springs area of Park City, Utah. This community is accessed right off of Old Ranch Road and is centrally located to many parks, trails, town, schools and the ski resorts. You'll enter from Old ranch Road on either side of Sawmill Road or Willow Creek Drive. Other streets include Fort Rd, Settlement Drive, and Rio Grande Road. The homes in Snyders Mill were built in the mid 1990's so they are not quite as olod as many of the homes you'll find in nearby Silver Springs. The 126 homes range in size from three to four bedrooms with about 1,400 - 3,800 square feet. The yards are typically wider than deep, and most enjoy plush, mature landscaping to provide nice separation from neighbors. The best homes back to a small stretch of open space along a creek that runs through the center of the neighborhood.
