Silver Springs is well-liked because it is slightly outside of "in-town," making it more affordable while still being very centrally located to nearly everything. Many families and full-time residents prefer to live here. Quail Meadows offers two options: the Quail Meadows Townhomes and the Quail Meadows Townhouses. The townhouses are a bit older, built in the early 1990s, and are typically more affordable, ranging from two to three bedrooms with about 1,700 to 2,100 square feet. The newer Quail Meadows Townhomes, built in 1997, feature much nicer, newer finishes and are all three-bedroom floor plans measuring about 1,600 to 1,700 square feet.
