Silver Springs is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Park City Utah for full-time residents and families. Silver Springs as an overall area is a large neighborhood made up of many smaller subdivisions. The Silver Springs subdivision is within the overall Silver Springs area, and is the most central portion of the large community. You'll find the Silver Springs subdivision on East Meadows Drive, Silver Springs Drive, Meadows Connection, Willow Loop, Fletcher Ct and Willow Lane. This has been a long time favorite location for families, as it is easy for kids to walk or ride bikes to neighboring friends homes or to nearby parks and trails. Also, the close proximity to Parley's Park Elementary School is great.
Many of these homes were built from 1980 - 1990 and there are so many different custom designs and builds offering a wide variety of homes to choose from. The landscaping of most of the homes is mature and beautiful so there is a great deal of separation from one home to the next. Homes in general range from three to six bedrooms with about 1,800 - 5,500 square feet. Again, this is a very popular neighborhood and it seems that people who live here stay here a long, long time. Homes are usually somewhat scarce to find.
