Canyon Creek is located on Bitner Road, the frontage road on the north side of I-80 in Park City's Kimball Junction area. Canyon Creek is conveniently located near the Redstone shopping center and is also on the free Park City bus route. Shopping, dining, grocery stores and the ski resorts are only a few minutes away. Canyon Creek offers a very affordable option for home ownership in the greater Park City area.

Canyon Creek is made up of 312 condos and a clubhouse with amenities. These condos range from one to three bedrooms with about 600 - 1,350 square feet. The buildings are three levels tall, with some units all on one single level, and some units on multiple levels more like a townhome. Some of the better units include attached single car garages. Some condos have detached garages nearby, and many of the smaller units use covered outdoor parking. Along with the affordability of the community, there are also great amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor pool. Many owners have completed extensive remodels and some units have been done up quite nice. For an investment property or an affordable condo to own, this is a great little community.
