Blackhawk Station is a community of affordable single family homes in the Kimball Junction area of Park City, Utah. These homes are located just outside the edge of town on the north side of Hwy 80. This location also backs to a portion of the Swaner Nature Preserve. What we like best about Blackhawk Station is to have nice smaller homes with nice finishes, and smaller yards so there is less to maintain. The HOA takes care of the front yards, and each owner takes care of the back yard. This is a more affordable option for home ownership with pricing similar to many condos in town.

Is Blackhawk Station the best Park City real estate choice for you?
Blackhawk Station is located on the north side of Hwy 80 in Park City's Kimball Junction area. This location is close to shopping, dining and grocery stores at Redstone shopping center and only minutes away from the three ski resorts. You'll use the frontage road, named Bitner Road to access the neighborhood. Streets in the neighborhood include Station Loop Road, Old Stone House Way and Lincoln Lane. This location is across the highway from Swaner Nature Preserve and a portion of the Preserve also sits behind Blackhawk Station with the creek running behind many of the homes.
Blackhawk Station was built in 1999 - 2000 and includes 171 homes. These single family homes are smaller, but nicely done. The homes range from two to four bedroom layouts with about 1,100 - 2,400 square feet. The yards are typically smaller as well, so that yard maintenance is reduced. The homes are close together but the mature landscaping helps create distance between the homes. The smaller homes, and smaller lot sizes allow for these to be more affordable than many other Park City neighborhoods. The community also has some open space with a park that runs through the center of the community.
