You can access the neighborhood via the frontage road called Bitner Road. Streets within the community include Station Loop Road, Old Stone House Way, and Lincoln Lane. The area is across the highway from Swaner Nature Preserve, with a part of the preserve also behind Blackhawk Station, where the creek flows behind many of the homes.
Blackhawk Station was built between 1999 and 2000 and comprises 171 homes. These single-family homes are smaller but well-crafted. They range from two to four bedrooms, with approximately 1,100 to 2,400 square feet. The yards are usually smaller to reduce maintenance. The homes are close together, but mature landscaping helps provide privacy between units. The smaller homes and lot sizes make these properties more affordable than many other neighborhoods in Park City. The community also features some open space, including a park that runs through its center.
