The Newpark Resort Residences or Newpark Townhomes are located adjacent to the Swaner Nature Preserve in Park City's Kimball Junction. This location offers a private and beautiful setting for these townhomes. Each unit has a outdoor deck facing the preserve. The best units also face the ski resorts. The community is located at the edge of the Redstone shopping center which provides a great pedestrian village. Simply walk over to shopping, dining, movie theaters and even an upscale bowling alley.

The townhomes at Newpark were built in 2004 - 2005 and include 95 units. Each unit has a single car attached garage. These townhomes are all 2 bedroom layouts with about 1,300 - 1,500 square feet. Finishes can be quite nice with wood doors, wood cabinets, granite counters, tile, fireplaces, and large sliding glass doors leading out to the back deck and views of the preserve. For nightly rentals, many owners use the management company at the Newpark Hotel which allows the owner and renters to use the hotel amenities.
