The Racquet Club condos are situated in the heart of Park Meadows, next to the MARC building. This location is just off Little Kate Road on Racquet Club Drive, which also features the small cul-de-sacs of Wilson Ct, Spaulding Ct, Vantage Ct, Davis Ct, Segura Ct, Yamaha Ct, Head Ct, and Dunlap Ct. It is within town limits but not in the busy area like Old Town. The free Park City bus route runs right by these condos, making it easy to get into town, including Main Street and the ski resorts.

Built between 1976 and 1979, these 184 condos range from two to three bedrooms. The original floor plans included two bedrooms plus a loft; many owners have converted the loft into a third bedroom. The earlier Racquet Club phase had a smaller layout of about 1,200 square feet. In the next two phases, they expanded the living room and added about 200 square feet, creating a more desirable and more expensive layout. Many units have been completely remodeled, so the interior style and finishes vary from unit to unit. All units have outdoor decks, with the best facing open space or the golf course. Recently, the carports were enclosed and fitted with garage doors.
