The Racquet Club condos are located in the heart of Park Meadows, adjacent to the MARC building. This location is just off of Little Kate Road on Racquet Club Drive which also includes the small cul-de-sacs of Wilson Ct, Spaulding Ct, Vantage Ct, Davis Ct, Segura Ct, Yamaha Ct, Head Ct, and Dunlap Ct. This location is within town limts, but not in the busy area such as Old Town. The FREE Park City bus route runs right by these condos so getting into town to Main Street or to the ski resorts is quite easy.

Built in phases from 1976 - 1979 these 184 condos range in size from two to three bedrooms. The floorplans originally had two bedrooms plus a loft, and many owners have converted the loft area into a third bedroom. The earlier phase of Racquet Club was a smaller layout at about 1,200 square feet. In the next two phases they had expanded the living room and added an extra 200 square feet to the overall layout which is more preferred, and more expensive to buy. Many of the units have been completely remodeled so the style and level of finishes of the interiors will vary from one to the next. All units have outdoor decks and the best units face open space or the golf course. Recently the carports were closed in and had garage doors installed.
