Lakeview Cottages were built in 1983 and include only 19 townhome condos. Many owners have completed minor and major interior remodels so some fo the interior finishes may vary from one condo to the next. These townhomes all face either the pond or the golf course, so each has great views and a beautiful setting. Each unit also has its own back deck to enjoy the outdoors, and each also has its own detached, two-car garage. Its quite rare to find a two-car garage in this price range, for in-town locations. The townhomes are all at about 1,200 - 1,300 square feet in size, with two bedrooms. With the large vaulted ceilings, they also have a loft area which can provide additional storage or possibly additional sleeping space. The best aspect is you can find a smaller townhome, with vaulted ceilings, nicer finishes, a two car garage, a beautiful setting all within only a couple minutes to downtown Park City.
