New Claim is located at the corner of Prospector Ave and Poison Creek Lane in Park City's Prospector neighborhood. With such a convenient location, guests of New Claim can easily walk to dining and shopping in the Prospector Village area. Quick trail access is also provided by nearby singletrack trails linking up to the popular historic Rail Trail. Park City's FREE bus route makes it very easy to get up to popular Main Street, as well as to all three ski resorts.

New Claim was built in 1983 and is made up of 58 condo units. These condos range in size from one and two bedroom layouts with about 500 to 760 square feet. The building features a secure entrance requiring a code to get in, and elevator, and an indoor hot tub. Many of the units have small decks to enjoy the outdoor weather.

The best aspect of New Claim is its affordability. You can own a nice little condo in Park City, and use the condo yourself, or even rent it out. Some owners rent their units out full time, and others do nightly rentals. As an investment property, your purchase price compared to annual rental revenue income is quite good, maybe one of the better propertys in Park City.
