Silver Lake Village is the mid-mountain pedestrian village at the base of Deer Valley Resort's upper ski lifts. Knoll Estates and Knollheim is a small enclave of single family homes within walking distance to Silver Lake. These homes are just accross the street in a private gated community. Many of the homes have graet views looking back up to the resort's ski runs. Bald Eagle Club is the premier neighborhood of ski-in, ski-out homes in a private gated community. This is a very secluded setting with many large trees and the homes are very private and well hidden from the public. The best homes here have view to the west of Jupiter Peak or to the east over the Jordanelle Reservoir.

The Cottages are just down the road from Silver Lake Village, just behind Knoll Estates, on Woodland View Drive. These homes are within an easy walk to the ski bridge for their ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort. Coming home owners will need to walk down the street. Alta Vista homes are next to the ski run and enjoy great views. This is a small enclave of only ten homes in a gated community. The "Belles" is an area of ski-in, ski-out homes and townhomes with individual subdivisions built by the same developer named Bellearbor, Bellemont, Belleterre, and Bellevue. Many of the Belles homes also enjoy views. Evergreen is another community of ski-in, ski-out luxury homes for sale. The Deer Valley ski runs meander through the neighborhood and provide great ski access. American Flag homes are known for their views. Only a handful have direct ski access, and a few even share the use of their own private ski lift.
