Trailside is next to Aspen Hollow and Ridgepoint and shares the same ski access trail situated between these neighborhoods. From Trailside, you can easily ski out of the community, cross the ski-bridge, and descend to Deer Valley Resort. To return home, you will ski down from Deer Valley and end at the ski trail near the Double Eagle townhomes. From there, you can walk down Royal Street or turn onto Sterling from Royal to access the ski run that drops back down to Trailside, just after Aspen Hollow. Trailside was built in 1985 and includes only 9 townhomes. These townhomes are quite spacious, with 4 bedrooms each, ranging from 3,200 to 3,600 square feet. Most of the Trailside homes could use some interior remodeling or updating, but they offer a great canvas to work with.
