This community is tucked away from the bustling Canyons Resort Village to provide a quiet, peaceful location quite near all the entertainment. What we like best about The Timbers is that this is an extremely affordable option for a ski-in, ski-out home. Most ski-in, ski-out homes start near $5 million and go way up from there. In the Timbers, most homes are well below the $5 million mark. This is a beautiful little community with ski access, and can even be a great place to live full time as this neighborhood is conveniently located at the base of the mountain, and not way up the mountain.

Is The Timbers the best Park City real estate choice for you?

The Timbers, or Timberwolf Estates, is located at the end of Red Pine Road which is just off of Canyons Resort Drive. This small enclave of luxury mountain homes is nestled at the base of the mountain, and offers easy ski-in, ski-out access to the Canyons Ski Resort. This small neighborhood only has 20 homesites, with homes already built on most. Recently the Dutch Draw subdivision of three homes was added to The Timbers. These neighborhoods enjoy a ski run right through the property that lead down to the Sunrise Lift next to Hyatt Escala Lodge. This is a commonly forgotten little community, but should not be overlooked. Many residents of The Timbers found this to be a great alternative to neighborhoods like The Colony at White Pine Canyon as the pricing is much lower, sometimes even half the amount. If you find a home for sale in The Timbers, we highly recommend the neighborhood. The Timbers are exempt from the Canyons RVMA transfer fee of 2%, however the three added homes from Dutch Draw do pay the transfer fee.
