The timbers, also known as Timberwolf Estates, are located at the end of Red Pine Road, just off Canyons Resort Drive. This small enclave of luxury mountain homes is situated at the base of the mountain and offers easy ski-in, ski-out access to Canyons Ski Resort. The neighborhood contains only 20 homesites, most of which already have homes built on them. Recently, the Dutch Draw subdivision added three homes to The Timbers. These neighborhoods feature a ski run that runs through the property and leads down to the Sunrise Lift next to Hyatt Escala Lodge. Though often overlooked, this community should not be ignored. Many residents find The Timbers to be a great alternative to neighborhoods like The Colony at White Pine Canyon, especially since the prices are significantly lower, sometimes even half. If you see a home for sale in The Timbers, we highly recommend considering the neighborhood. The Timbers are exempt from the Canyons RVMA transfer fee of 2%, but the three new homes in Dutch Draw do pay it.
