Ridgepoint is located in the Upper Deer Valley neighborhood of Park City, Utah, just off Woodland View Drive. This location provides Ridgepoint with ski access to Deer Valley Resort. The ski trail runs right between Aspen Hollow and Ridgepoint. About half of Ridgepoint's townhomes are located directly on the ski run, and the other half are positioned to capture views. These condos are only a few steps from the trail. To start your day, you can ski right out of the development, over the ski bridge that crosses Woodland View Drive, and down to Deer Valley Resort. When returning afterward, you'll ski down from Deer Valley and end at Royal Street next to the Double Eagle condos. From here, you'll walk a short distance down Royal Street, about 50 yards, then turn left on Sterling Drive and go another 50 yards. Then you're back at the top of the Ridgepoint subdivision. Quite easy! This community was built in 1985, and many of the owners have completed interior remodels. Ridgepoint consists of 38 condo townhomes ranging in size from about 1,500 to 2,100 square feet. Each unit has three bedrooms and outdoor decks. There is outdoor parking in front of the buildings and an underground garage under the tennis courts. Ridgepoint also has an outdoor patio and pool.
