Park West/Hidden Creek is a community of townhomes and condos at the Canyons Ski Resort in Park City, Utah. This location is centrally located within the Canyons base village, and is adjacent to the Frostwood Gondola and what will become the Canyons Golf Course. You'll find Park West/Hidden Creek on the north side of Canyons Resort Drive. Cedar Lane, Summit Drive, and Aspen Drive lead into these condos and townhomes.

Park West/Hidden Creek was built between 1974 and 1977 and includes 130 condos. These units range from smaller condos to larger townhomes with attached garages. Not all units have garages; many of the smaller condos feature uncovered parking. The floorplans vary from studios to four-bedroom layouts, spanning approximately 500 to 1,800 square feet. The smaller condos are all on a single level, with some on the main floor and others upstairs on the second floor. Many of the upper units also have large outdoor decks. The most desirable units are the townhomes, which are side by side and include their own attached single-car garage.

Many of the townhomes also overlook beautiful trees and open space, much of which will be part of the new Canyons golf course. However, we rarely see the townhomes come on the market for sale. The community also features an outdoor pool and tennis courts. You can easily walk to the Canyons Cabriolet to reach the forum or walk to the Frostwood Gondola, which takes you to the Grand Summit Hotel. This is an extremely convenient location and quite affordable to purchase. Park West/Hidden Creek works well as a second home, a vacation investment condo, or even as a full-time residence.
