Aspen Wood is a real estate develoment of condos in the Lower Deer Valley Resort area of Park City, Utah. Located right on Deer Valley Drive, these condos are a close walk to Deer Valley ski resort, and a short bus ride on the Free Park City bus route back down to Main Street. A convenient location and nice surroundings.
Talk about Location, Location, Location!!! The Black Diamond Lodge is right on the ski runs in the Lower Deer Valley resort area named Snowpark. Truly defining luxury living at Deer Valley, this slopeside condo development is quite beautiful inside and out and is a true luxury ski lodge. Black Diamond is a condo style building with large suites that offer many 3 and 4 bedroom floorplans - a great place to stay for families, or large groups of friends. With such great ski access there is no better place to stay. For beginners of skiing, the easy learning hills are just out the front door, and for more advanced skiers, you take the lift up, and are centrally located to head to any area of the resort. Black Diamond Lodge is also a great summer location as it is adjacent to where all the summer Deer Valley concert series are held - watch an event right from your outdoor deck or patio! The lifts located next to Black Diamond Lodge can also take you and your bike up the mountain for lift-serviced rides.
Boulder Creek is a real estate development in the Lower Deer Valley area. This townhome community is located on Deer Valley drive in a quick and convenient location to Deer Valley ski resort. The FREE bus in Park City heads right up Deer Valley drive so you can easily catch the bus up to the resort, and you can also catch the bus down the road to nearby Main Street in Park City's Old Town. These townhomes offer a good location, close to skiing, close to Main Street, and also offer well planned 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans. Each unit has a 1 car garage, and with a town home style, you don't have neighbors above or below you. These units are moderately priced, and provide a good value. Many interiors have been fully remodeled so styles can vary. If you are looking for a good value, in a good location, this is one to consider.
Bristlecone, in the Lower Deer Valley real estate community, offers a great location with great views looking up at the ski resorts Snowpark area. These condos have a unique aspect in that many back up to the large ponds in the Lower Deer Valley area. The best units look over the pond, and up to the resort. These units are obviously close to the ski resort but also are located on the Park City FREE bus route, so getting over to Main Street is very easy, and it is also quite easy to go over to Park City ski resort and the Canyons ski resort. In Summer, this is also a fun location as many trails for hiking and biking are nearby.

Located right on Deer Valley drive, you are on the FREE Park City bus route, so getting all around town including Main Street and Park City ski resort is quite easy. Comstock Lodge is a popular choice to stay in the Lower Deer Valley resort area of Park City. Comstock Lodge offers 2 and 3 bedroom condo units that have more of a woodsy and log feel, both inside and out. These units all have great views looking over the lower resort real estate area, and there is an underground parking garage for convenient parking. Courchevel is a very unique real estate development in the Lower Deer Valley resort area, as it is a very affordable real estate ownership option in Deer Valley surrounded by many much more expensive properties. These small condo units provide a great option of affordability in an area of Deer Valley that is conveniently located to the ski resort, and also is on the FREE Park City bus route.
Daystar / Amber Daystar is a real estate development in the Lower Deer Valley ski resort area that is a popular choice for vacation rentals in both summer and winter. These spacious townhomes are located on the hillside across from the ski resort, so each unit enjoys great views looking back at the ski runs and mountain peaks of the resort. These townhome styled condos provide great layouts that work well for either a full-time residence or for a spacious vacation home. Each unit has its own private garage. This is a great location in winter as it is close to nearby Deer Valley ski resort, and also great for summer as there are many hiking and biking trails also nearby. This community is set back a bit from the well traveled Deer Valley drive so you get a quieter location, but still within an easy walk to catch the FREE Park City bus system that travels frequently on Deer Valley drive. These townhomes work great as a second home as the layouts would work well even for a full time residence.
Fawngrove is a condominium real estate development in the Lower Deer Valley area of Park City, Utah.
