Fairway Springs is located in what is known as the Canyons SPA (Specially Planned Area) which is a 7800 acre community in Park City. This includes the mountain's ski terrain and all the master plan of development for The Canyons® Resort. The Resort Village Management Association, or RVMA, is a nonprofit corporation, formed for the purpose of operating, managing and developing The Canyons SPA.
