Empire Pass is an area of Deer Valley ski resort that offers amazing ski homes, luxury condos, and estate homesites. This community is the newest area of Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. Empire Pass is located at the top of the old mine road, which is now Marsac Avenue or commonly known as Guardsman Pass. What used to be dirt trails and jeep roads is now a paved road leading to the top of Guardsman Pass. Empire Pass is located in the most eastern portion of Deer Valley ski resort and nearly borders to Park City Mountain Resort. Empire Pass is made up of a few main subdivisions defined by access to the ski lifts and ski runs at Deer Valley. Arrowleaf and Flagstaff Lodge offer easy ski-in and ski-out access while The Montage at Deer Valley sets a new standard for luxury mountain living. New homes for sale are now being built in Nakoma and The Belles at Empire Pass. Owners of property in Empire Pass can also choose to join the Talisker Club which is an amenity rich private club including use of the Tower Club located in the Village at Empire Pass and golf at Tuhaye, a private golf community in the Jordanelle area just outside of Park City. The Village at Empire Pass is made up of luxury homes and ski-in/ski-out condos that surround the Silver Strike Express chairlift. This area is home to the condos for sale at Arrowleaf, Flagstaff, Silver Strike Lodge and Shooting Star. These luxury condos provide easy ski access and are next to the famed Tower Club of Talisker. The Larkspur town homes offer great mountain views and a little more living space, and the Paintbrush homes offer an even larger option with direct ski-in and ski-out access.
Drive up Marsac Avenue a little further and you'll find the next group of properties in Empire Pass. The next phase of homes and condos are located at the base of the popular Northside Express chairlift at Deer Valley Resort. Here you will find the Grand Lodge adjacent to the base of the chairlift. Just before the Grand Lodge is the entrance to The Belles at Empire Pass which is a new construction community of luxury ski homes. Just above the Belles is the handful of Bannerwood homes and lots. Across the road from the Grand Lodge is the Nakoma subdivision of ski-in, ski-out homes. And just past the Grand Lodge you'll find the beautiful Ironwood town homes and then the ski-in, ski-out homes of Northside Village.

The ski resort's residential communities are made up of four main geographical areas; Deer Crest, Lower Deer Valley, Upper Deer Valley and Empire Pass. Deer Crest is a private gated community of luxury ski-in, ski-out homes and townhomes. The St. Regis at Deer Crest is also within this gated community. Lower Deer Valley offers a wide selection of condos and homes, many with great views. Some properties will be up on and close to the ski runs, while many are in residential neighborhoods and are home to full time residents.
