Empire Pass is an area of the Deer Valley ski resort that offers amazing ski homes, luxury condos, and estate homesites. This community is a newer area in Deer Valley, Park City, Utah. Empire Pass is located at the top of the old mine road, now Marsac Avenue, commonly known as Guardsman Pass. What used to be dirt trails and jeep roads is now a paved road leading to the top of Guardsman Pass. Empire Pass is located in the most eastern portion of Deer Valley ski resort and nearly borders Park City Mountain Resort. Empire Pass is made up of a few main subdivisions defined by access to the ski lifts and ski runs at Deer Valley. Arrowleaf and Flagstaff Lodge offer easy ski-in and ski-out access, while The Montage at Deer Valley sets a new standard for luxury mountain living. The Village at Empire Pass is made up of luxury homes and ski-in/ski-out condos that surround the Silver Strike Express chairlift. This area is home to the condos for sale at Arrowleaf, Flagstaff, Silver Strike Lodge, and Shooting Star. These luxury condos provide easy ski access and are next to the famed Tower Club of Talisker.
