Empire Pass is an area of Deer Valley ski resort that offers amazing ski homes, luxury condos, and estate homesites. This community is located at the most western end of Deer Valley Resort in an area that was once only jeep roads and biking trails years ago. Although this a relatively new area of development, we are already seeing a shortage of available lots for sale. The Northside Village community no longer has lots for sale, but here you can find beautiful custom homes. Also near the Northside Express Chairlift is the new community of custom homes named The Belles at Empire Pass where the developer is custom building luxury ski homes. Bannerwood sits just above the Belles with only a handful of lots. If you find one for sale you better act fast. Red Cloud sits at the top of Empire Pass at the top of Empire Canyon.
