Although this is a relatively new development area, we are already seeing a shortage of available lots for sale. The Northside Village community no longer has lots for sale, but here you can find beautiful custom homes. Also near the Northside Express Chairlift is the new community of custom homes named The Belles at Empire Pass, where the developer is custom-building luxury ski homes. Bannerwood sits just above the Belles with only a handful of lots.
