Choosing A Home in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort

Empire Pass is an area of the Deer Valley ski resort that offers amazing ski homes for sale. The community is planned to include homes, lots, condos, and townhomes. The Village at Empire Pass is made up of luxury homes and ski-in/ski-out condos that surround the Silver Strike Express chairlift and the famed Tower Club of Talisker. The Larkspur townhomes offer great mountain views, and although not directly ski-in/ski-out, they are only steps from the runs, accessible via heated pathways. A little larger than the condos in the area, these townhomes live more like a single-family home. The Paintbrush luxury homes offer an even larger option with direct ski-in and ski-out access. These homes back right to the ski runs, and many of the Paintbrush homes enjoy great views.

The next phase of homes is located at the base of the popular Northside Express chairlift at Deer Valley Resort. Like the Village of Empire Pass, here too you will find a selection of ski homes and condos for sale. The Belles at Empire Pass is a new development currently under construction.
