Park City Heights is located just across Kearns Boulevard from the Intermountain Health Care Hospital and the National Ability Center, just west of the 40, south of the 248 (Kearns Boulevard) and south of Richardson Flat Road. Residents will have easy access to the historic "Rail Trail,” miles of new and existing hiking and mountain bike trails, a 5.7 acre community park, swimming pool and hot tub, million dollar club house, and many other unique amenities. They will have 239 homes built within the neighborhood (211 single family homes and 28 and town-homes). All homes in Park City Heights will achieve a Green Certification by the National Association of Home Builders. This includes 160 single family homes in total between both the Cottage and Homestead home-sites. The Cottage homes will be built on the market rate “Cottage” lots in phase one and the larger “Homestead” lots will be a mix of fully Custom Home Designs.
