Homes and Land for Sale at Canyons Village
There are many real estate options at Canyons Village, including condos, townhomes, and numerous ski-in, ski-out homes. The Colony at White Pine Canyon is the premier ski-in, ski-out neighborhood. This private gated community offers the largest ski-access homesites in North America and features some of the most stunning ski homes in Park City. The Timbers is a ski-in, ski-out community of luxury homes situated near the Canyons Village base area in a private, secluded enclave. These homes provide ski-in, ski-out access at a more affordable price range than those in The Colony. White Pine Ranches, located just below The Colony, also offers large homesites. While not technically ski-in, ski-out, residents can walk to the Tombstone chairlift from these homes.
Condos for Sale at Canyons Village
Condominiums make up most of the properties within the Canyons Village area. The most desirable condos are those with direct ski-in, ski-out access. Nothing beats stepping out your door onto the ski run. Condos with direct ski access at Canyons include the following: Hyatt Centric Lodges and The Pendry located in the base village next to the Sunrise chairlift; The Vintage on the Strand townhomes, also near the Sunrise lift and accessible via the Red Pine Gondola; and the Waldorf Astoria Park City, which is just across the street from the Waldorf Gondola, although not technically ski-in, ski-out. The Sundial Lodge is among the best locations within the resort, situated right in the heart of the base village and next to the Red Pine Gondola. It’s an ideal spot in both winter and summer.
If you're comfortable with a short walk to the slopes, Fairway Springs could be a good fit. These luxury townhomes border the new golf course. Park West/Hidden Creek back to the Waldorf Gondola, and some condos there qualify as ski-in, ski-out. Juniper Landing townhomes are next to the Waldorf and only a short walk to the gondola. The Red Pine condos, located at the base of Canyons Village, are within walking distance of the Canyons Cabriolet, which transports skiers from the parking lots to the Resort Village. The Silverado Lodge sits just below the resort village and offers a more affordable option, with easy walking access.
