These condos are three - five bedroom units sized from 1,500 - 3,500 square feet. Bristlecone includes 20 units and was built in 1996 - 1997. Many of the condos have been remodeled so the styles can vary from one unit to the next. Each unit has a south facing deck or patio, and most of the owners have private hot tubs. The southern exposure and amazing views is what really sets Bristlecone apart from many other properties in the Lower Deer Valley area. In Summer, this is also a very fun location as many trails for hiking and biking are nearby.
