YotelPad Park City - Launch Pricing and Details

YOTELPAD Park City is a revolutionary concept of resort living, bringing together modern design, efficient interior space planning, technology, and extensive indoor/outdoor amenities at the base of the mountain. Replay Destinations will spearhead the first "for sale" YOTELPAD in the world, here in Park City, bringing affordable resort living to the largest mountain resort in America. They distill all the elements of luxury resort condominiums into efficient, playful spaces, dialing up the cool factor while dialing down the cost.

PADs will be offered for sale this ski season through a Reservation Program and will range in price from $275,000 to $995,000. They anticipate 70% of PADs will be priced between $275,000 and $350,000. Reservations are being accepted via a formal Reservation Agreement along with a $10,000 Refundable Deposit.

YotelPad Park City will begin accepting reservations on Monday the 26th to Friday, March 16th. During these three weeks, reservations along with a signed early interest sheet and a $10,000 deposit can place buyers into a pool of buyers based on unit product type. See the below-attached price sheets for unit types. The reservation timeframe is not time sensitive. There is no special preference for getting a reservation in earlier than later. There will be a selection event held with an open lottery for all buyers per each unit type. For example, if a buyer was interested in the "Pad Plus", they would submit a reservation form, note "Pad Plus" on the client early interest form, and submit $10,000 to the title company to hold their place for the event. At the time of the event, a lottery will occur to determine the selection order for each product type group.

TIMELINE FOR RESERVATIONS

Monday, February 26th - Begin accepting Reservation Agreements and Early Interest List with $10,000 fully refundable deposit. Let us know if you need a copy of the Reservation Agreement and Early Interest List.

Friday, March 16th - Close for Reservations and Deposits by 5:00 PM MST. Reservations and Deposits must be in by this time to be included in the Selection Event lottery.

Monday, March 19th - PAD specific pricing available.

Wednesday, March 28th - Selection Event via open lottery. Detailed information on the lottery process will be released as we get closer to the event.

June (exact date TBD) - Reservations will convert to contracts at which time the $10,000 reservation deposit becomes hard and your 20% deposit will be due.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Monday, February 26th - Park City Title will begin accepting reservation deposits. Reservations can either be mailed to Park City Title (1670 Bonanza Drive #105, Park City, UT 84060) or send via wire. Please call Park City Title directly at 435.649.8322 for wiring instructions. Reservation Deposits will be fully refundable up until reservations are converted to contracts.
