The practice of yoga has been around for centuries. Originating in India, yoga was introduced to America in the late 1800s. Since then, yoga has grown tremendously in popularity. In fact, millions of people practice yoga on a daily basis. There are several boutique yoga studios throughout Park City that will teach you how to move your body, train your mind to ward off anxiety and focus on mindfulness. Yoga is especially helpful after a day of skiing all that pow or to stretch and loosen your muscles beforehand!
Through a variety of yoga classes, the instructors at Enlighten Wellness introduce the fundamentals of yoga along with proper alignment and breathing. Choose from Hot Flow, Vinyasa Flow & Express Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini, or maybe just a Relax & Restore class is what you’re needing to wind down your day.
