Springtime Fundraising Events in Park City

Spring fundraising in Park City allows locals and second homeowners to support some of their favorite organizations that give so much to the local community all year long. Whether you attend an event or quietly make a donation online, your financial gift will pay large dividends throughout the year in assisting these organizations to build solid foundations, make lasting partnerships and gain even more supporters throughout the year. The two major fundraisers that kick off the spring season are Red, White & Snow which benefits the National Ability Center and the semi-annual KPCW Pledge Drive for our community radio station.

Red, White & Snow is the National Ability Center’s premier fundraising event, currently celebrating its 15th year. The occasion is a festival of food, wine, events and entertainment, in addition to a celebration of empowering people of all abilities through adaptive recreational activities. Guests will meet winemakers, nationally renowned chefs and vineyard owners as they raise money for a great cause. This year, Fisher Vineyards is the Honorary Vintner, and Executive Chef Chris Gibson from Deer Valley Resort is the Honorary Chef for the 2019 Vintner Dinner Pairing. Other events include Wine on the Mountain at St. Regis Deer Valley, Gala Dinner and Auction at the Montage Deer Valley and Uncorked, an evening of wine tasting from more than 30 vintners and hors d’oeuvres.

KPCW 2019 Winter Pledge Drive supports the local, nonprofit community radio station in an effort to continue its mission of serving Summit and Wasatch Counties with local news and entertainment. There are various ways to contribute, from hosting an hour program on the radio to donating items or services for the auction, or purchasing items in the online auction. Items up for auction include spa gift certificates, fitness memberships, airfare and more.
Call in with your pledge, hear yourself thanked on air, and receive a thank-you gift from area businesses that include dining certificates, ski passes and more. Auction will be live Monday, March 4 at 7:00 a.m.
