Two of our most popular searches would be our "Top Picks" and "Best Buys". The Top Picks are simply some of the most amazing homes you will find. We try to include homes from all areas, and different levels of pricing, not just the most expensive! We hand select these choices and really they are some of our favorite homes available for sale in Park City and Deer Valley. If anything, these are really fun to browse through. Even if you cannot afford what is offered in this list, these homes may give you some remodeling ideas too. The Colony at White Pine Canyon

A while back cnbc.com featured one of our listings we had in The Colony at White Pine Canyon. Although the home is not officially for sale (if interested give us a call), there are many other great options for homes in The Colony. The Colony at White PIne Canyon is a private, gated community that is home to the largets ski-in, ski-out homesites in North America with an average size of about 7 acres. These homes have direct ski access to the Canyons ski resort in Park City Utah. Here you can find some of the most stunning luxury mountain homes in all of the Rocky Mountain West.

A ski-in, ski-out home located in The Colony at White Pine Canyon

Although Canyons Resort has not quite had the fame as their neighbor Deer Valley Resort, the Canyons was just recently voted as a "Top Ten" ski resort in North America by the annual reader's poll in SKI Magazine. The new ownership of the resort has completed some great and long awaited improvements and has plans for much more. Because the resort is not as sought after (yet) as Deer Valley, the homes for sale in The Colony are much less expensive that what you'll find at Deer Valley's ski-in, ski-out communities. And dont forget the huge lots sizes at The Colony. To acheive that in Deer Crest you'd have to buy out 6 other neighbors, bulldoze their homes down, plant trees and wait 50 years for them to grow to maturity. A bit far-fetched for sure, but in reality, The Colony truly has something very special and very unique to offer.

The Aerie

Too often, when people are searching for homes or lots in Park City, they somehow overlook The Aerie. I cannot understand why? The Aerie is an amazing community with some beautiful homes for sale. The Aerie is a samll community located just off of Deer Valley Drive , next to the very popular Old Town. Homes in the Aerie usualy have stunning views. Were talking some of the absolute best views you'll find in Park City. The homes are nestled at the top of a large dome shaped mountain, and from here they look over the Park City ski resort, Old Town, downtown Park City's Main Street and even to the ski runs of Deer Valley Resort.

There are some stunning homes in The Aerie, much like the home above on Seasons Drive. When buyers are shopping for homes in Park City, they seem to either focus on the traditional ski-in, ski-out neighborhoods, or the usual Old Town and Park Meadows. These are all great options, but if they like the close convenience of Old Town they should like the proximity that the Aerie has to offer. And if they like the larger, custom, luxury mountain homes with great views in Park Meadows, they really need to check out the Aerie. The Aerie is close to town, sits just above Main Street and Deer Valley Drive. The Aerie homes are architecturally some of the finest in town, and the views from these homes are unmatchable.
