Owning a vacation home can be one of life’s greatest pleasures, especially in a year-round resort paradise like Park City, Utah. It can also require a considerable amount of maintenance and expense, which not everyone has the time or desire to manage. This is precisely why the private residence club concept was created. It’s a form of fractional ownership that rewards owners with the joys of a second home in a luxurious, carefree manner. On the outskirts of Park City, those who love the mountain lifestyle can enjoy private residence club living at Victory Ranch, a luxurious private community in Kamas, Utah. The Residence Club at Victory Ranch features 16 modern mountain cabins along a pristine, private stretch of the Provo River. The cabins also take advantage of stunning views of the community’s Rees Jones golf course, the Wasatch Mountains, and Uinta National Forest.

Victory Ranch is a 6,700-acre private community where luxury living meets the great outdoors. There are amenities and activities to cater to each outdoor enthusiast’s interests. From golf to fly fishing to recreating on private trails to hunting, archery, and water sports on the nearby Jordanelle, there is an exhaustive array of options for all ages and skills. Skiing is minutes away at famed Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. Victory Ranch has thoughtfully added a Main Street lounge where owners may conveniently start their ski day or night on the town. It provides 24-7 access to members and their guests during the ski season. There are additional, on-site member amenities like the Freestone Lodge restaurant peacefully overlooking the river, the golf course and dedicated clubhouse, and The Post with casual dining and a swimming pool. The Barn, Victory Ranch’s newest amenity, combines recreation, relaxation and wellness. It features a spa, fitness center, pizzeria, general store, pool and much more.

Residence Club owners enjoy the same wonderful amenities with their Lodging Membership. This membership is normally $90,000, but it is being offered at $80,000 through the end of 2019. Fractional ownership comes with six guaranteed weeks per year, and additional unreserved weeks when available.

The spacious, upscale cabins are designed for a perfect balance of indoor-outdoor living. They’re conveniently located near The Barn clubhouse, and two floorplans are available.

The 2,015 square-foot Kestrel cabin is a three-bedroom, three-bath residence that sleeps eight. It features two master suites (one on each level), plus a bunk room.

The 2,858 square-foot Starling cabin offers three bedrooms plus bunk and three and a half baths. This spacious residence sleeps 10. It has one large master suite with private deck and two well-sized en suite bedrooms on the first floor.

Mountain modern meets rustic design in all 16 cabins. Each makes excellent use of outdoor space with a seven-person hot tub, grilling station, fire-pit, covered dining and lounging areas. Inside, the fully appointed kitchens feature Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and open floorplan living rooms. Each cabin has a two-car garage.

The Kestrel is currently offered at $325K plus $80K for Lodging Membership ($405K). The Starling is $445K plus $80K ($525K) for Lodging Membership. The private residence club pricing model is designed to be more commensurate with use as a contrast to multi-million dollar vacation homes which many owners use only a few weeks a year.

Residence Club at Victory Ranch ownership is made completely hassle-free thanks to the dedicated Member Services team, which is available to arrange activities, dinner reservations, spa appointments, and more. They will even stock your cabin with your requested groceries before you arrive.
