Park City Mountain Resort - #1 Family Vacation - SKI Magazine

Park City Mountain Resort has been named the “#1 Family Vacation” from the editors of SKI Magazine. The award is part of SKI Magazine’s “Lifestyle” winners that it added last year as part of its “Top 60 Resort Awards”. The Resort was also named the #6 Resort in North America by readers of SKI Magazine.

Park City Mountain Resort has spent several years developing some of the ski industry’s premier family programs. In 2008, Park City Mountain Resort launched www.snowmamas.com, an online resource for families planning winter vacations. This site provides tips and advice from real Snowmamas and Snowpapas. Plus, the Resort was the first in North America to guarantee a maximum class size of five children or less in its Kids Signature 5 Program, for skiers and snowboarders ages six to 14, every day of the season. And, students can choose lunch of their choice in one of our on-mountain restaurants. In addition, the Resort has introduced dynamic on-mountain family winter adventures with its Adventure Alleys, Alpine Coaster and new Flying Eagle Zip Line.

Park City Mountain Resort also offers its guests a unique way to create their own signature experience with the My Mountain Planner: an interactive tool that allows guests to select the terrain and features they most enjoy, and create their own tailor-made mountain tour that can even be downloaded and carried with them.

More than 20,000 SKI magazine readers are surveyed for its “Top 60 Resort Guide” by an independent research firm. The ski resort survey is the most comprehensive and longest-running in the winter sports industry.
