Founders Place is a unique and special mountain enclave at Deer Valley Resort, offering true slopeside ski-in/ski-out living in the gated alpine community of Deer Crest. Reservation Sales to Begin:

Founders Place will begin to accept Open Reservations on December 29th, allowing potential purchasers to secure their spot in line. The final unit pricing will be released on February 14th, and unit selections will be made on February 24-28th, based on the order of each reservation holder's reservation position. A 5% discount will be awarded for early purchasers who sign prior to the Phase III Plat Recordation.
