Fall is in the Air

The leaves on Park City’s maples and aspens are turning vibrant shades of red and golden yellow, and nighttime temperatures are dropping to around freezing. If you have not yet driven the Alpine Loop, the 20-mile scenic byway that spans from American Fork Canyon to Provo Canyon, add that to your weekend to-do list before all the bright hues are gone for the year. Mother Nature sure has a way of making the changing seasons magnificent throughout the Wasatch Mountains. There are also some fun happenings to add to your radar.

The Art and Science of Arachnids

If you suffer from arachnophobia you may want to pass on this exhibit. Then again, it just might be the cure for it. Just in time for Halloween, this exhibit is the largest arachnid in the United States and features 100 live arachnids while offering both hands-on activities and experiments. During the exhibit, you will discover amazing connections between these multiple legged creatures to literature, folklore, science and art.
