The Luxury Home Tour is a showcase of private luxury residences in the Park City area. Over the years the Tour has showcased some of the finest homes built in Utah. These homes are privately owned homes that never open to the public, and are available for the tour by the generosity of the homeowners and the private communities they reside in. This year’s Tour is being held in Deer Valley’s prestigious Deer Crest neighborhood - a private, gated community of ski-in, ski-out homes and home to the St. Regis Hotel. The Tour will be showcasing seven beautiful private residences designed by some of the country’s top architects and interior designers.
The Luxury Home Tour, Park City’s premier home event, is celebrating its 22nd year.
Past tours have been held in The Colony and Promontory as well as Deer Crest. This is a unique and rare opportunity to view these beautiful homes in one day. There are shuttle buses from home to home, and many homes will also feature live music. Lunch is also included with your ticket. Its a full day, fun for the entire family. There is a lot of walking involved so you'll need to wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for going up and down stairs.
The Luxury Home Tour is a fundraising event, organized by the Park City Board of REALTORS® Philanthropic Foundation. The Tour would not exist without the generosity of many Park City Realtors who dedicate time to help organize and run the Tour. The proceeds from the Tour go to support Summit County’s Peace House, an abused women’s shelter, and other local non-profits.

Ticket Registration 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Tour hours 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
(Last bus leaves the parking lot at 3 PM. Private vehicles are not allowed in the gated Deer Crest community.)
*Advanced Tickets are $50.00 per person available at www.luxuryhometour.org or $55.00 at the door.
Online Registration recommended to purchase tickets and reserve your tour time. Morning reservations fill up quickly.
Check in located at the Deer Crest Gondola (on Highway - 40)
Directions from I-80: Take I-80 eastbound to Highway 40 just east of Park City. Head south on Highway 40. Take Exit 8 (Mayflower) and turn west to Deer Hollow Rd. Turn right (north) and follow signs to the LHT parking. Please do not attempt to visit the Tour from the Park City side of Deer Valley.

- Port-a-potties will be available at each home.
- Participants must utilize the provided transportation and will not be allowed to drive their own vehicles.
- Please no cameras or recording devices of any kind.
- Please no children under the age of 12. Infants must be carried.
- Please no food or drinks in house.
- Please no bear feet, complimentary booties provided at each home.
- Please wear comfortable shoes, leave pets at home and be aware the Tour is not handicapped accessible.
The LHT is presented each year by the Park City Board of Realtors® Philanthropic Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity established in 1999. The Foundation’s mission is to make a positive difference by fostering quality of community and human spirit. The LHT is open to the public as our annual fundraising event. 100% of the proceeds are used to assist area nonprofits including Peace House, an organization dedicated to ending domestic violence, higher education scholarships, and workforce housing projects.
