Wolf
Creek Ranch
Seclusion without isolation defines the 14,000 acre Wolf Creek
Ranch. Roughly the size of Manhattan, this extraordinary property
has been subdivided into 84 parcels, most are 160 acres.
Wolf Creek Ranch shares a 7 mile contiguous boundary on the
east side of the Ranch with the Uinta National Forest, which
consists of 2.2 million acres. The property is located 20 minutes
from Park City. From various vantage points throughout the
Ranch one can see the peaks of the Uinta Mountain Range, which
rise to 13,500 feet to the northeast; the Timpanogos Range,
which is directly to the west. One can also view the apex of
the Snowbird Resort as well as the Mayflower ski runs at the
Deer Valley Resort.
There are numerous ponds on the Ranch that have been stocked
with trout as well as one-mile of frontage on the Upper Provo
River.
Amenities include a 28 stall Equestrian Center with outbuildings,
a 50 mile mixed use trail system, a Guest Home and Owners’ Lodge.
There are three private access gates to Wolf Creek Ranch;
one in Woodland, one 6 miles east of Heber City and a private
entry to the Uinta National Forest. Flat infrastructure includes
27 miles of paved roads, a centralized water distribution system,
under-ground electric and fiber optic phone lines.
Aside from stunning beauty, Wolf Creek Ranch’s most
remarkable feature is its convenient location. Within a 20
mile radius, you’ll find the spirit of the Park City
area, five acclaimed golf courses, Blue Ribbon trout fishing
on the Provo River and skiing at Deer Valley, The Canyons,
and Park City Resort. In both the summer and winter months,
energy flows non-stop, creating a flurry of excitement.
