At Empire Pass - East/West Partners Developements

Flagstaff Mountain, The Village at Empire Pass is a new neighborhood
within Empire Pass that is being primarily developed by East
West partners. It's planned to eventually include approximately
300 residences including single-family homes, townhomes,

by Deer Valley's new Silver Strike Express high-speed quad
chair lift.
Empire Pass is a master-planned ski-in/ski-out
community at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah comprised of
approximately 1,600-acres on the slopes of Flagstaff Mountain
and Empire Canyon. Empire Pass will eventually include approximately
525 residences and club facilities. The Master Developer
for all of Empire Pass is Talisker, which purchased United
Park City Mine Company in the summer of 2003. Less than 10
percent of the 1,600-acres will be developed.
The developer
of The Village at Empire Pass, East West Partners, is one
of the premiere mountain resort developers in the country.
East West was the primary developer and master planner of
Beaver Creek Village and Bachelor Gulch in Colorado. It currently
has major projects underway in Lake Tahoe, Denver, Bachelor
Gulch and Deer Valley, Utah.
