Victory
Ranch Club
Victory Ranch is a master-planned, private, gated community, located 17 miles
east of Park City/Deer Valley Resort, Utah. Five private miles of the Provo River
run through the expansive 5,600-acre ranch. Victory Ranch Club will include approximately
693 homesteads ranging from one to twelve acres in size and approximately 120
three- and four-bedroom ranch cabins.
Victory Ranch Club embraces a vast western landscape with
majestic vistas of Deer Valley ski runs, the Timpanogos Mountains,
the Jordanelle Lake and the Provo River. The heart and soul
of this land is its river, where Victory Ranch Club maintains
a standing reverence for catch & release, blue-ribbon fly-fishing.
Thoughtful design and exceptional detail will preserve the
ranch-style virtues and create a low-key, unpretentious, environmentally
sensitive ranch community with a strong emphasis on high-quality
amenities and facilities for the whole family. Rustic architecture
of timber and natural stone will blend into the natural landscape.
The 18-hole Rees Jones-designed championship golf course has
been designed to include outstanding practice facilities and
memorable terrain guaranteed to shed a new perspective on the
heart of the game. Masterfully ensconced in the rolling hills
and dramatic outcroppings of the Ranch, with soaring eagles,
free-roaming deer and wandering moose and elk, it may be hard
to keep an eye on the ball.
O’Meara’s Cabin will include a private owners’ restaurant
and club with fly shop and guides available with daily tips
and local lore. An adjacent Bunkhouse, complete with four master
suites, gourmet kitchen, gathering den and decks, will help
with the overflow of guests.
With miles of recreational trails, migration of elk herds,
moose, fox, wild turkey and grouse are just a part of the scenery.
Spans of cottonwoods, pinions, and aspen groves, along with
jutting plateaus, stocked ponds and meandering streams adorn
the landscape.
Further amenities include a state-of-the-art equestrian center,
tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness club and spa - and a
2,600-acre natural preserve.
A
WISE INVESTMENT
In the United States golf course real estate now amounts to
more than 3,600 communities and 1.45 million homes - homes
worth triple the average U.S. residential property - according
to the Golf Research Group. Owners want more than just the
luxury of living on a beautiful golf course, they also want
to maximize their investment.
The course designer's reputation
plays an integral part for these golf communities. Some of
the world's finest course designers are now using Summit County
as their canvas. Designers here in the Park City area include
Tom Fazio, Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus. Skiing may have put
this town on the map, but in the years to come, knowledgeable
golfers everywhere will celebrate Park City for it’s
spectacular golf.
