What Makes The Roundabout Unique?

Most properties in Old Town are quiet small, averaging at about 2,200 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and a single car garage. And most of the properties are quite narrow, and are located on narrow, crowded streets with very little parking. Roundabout offers large, spacious townhomes, quite a bot wider than a typical Old Town home. Also unique is the fact the building has so  much parking and storage. Each of the four residences have their own oversized two-car garage, with room easily for two cars, and then extra space at the back with lockers and benches, plenty of room for all the toys we as Park City residents commonly accumulate. And then then there is also added storage spaces in the garage, and another 10 guest parking spaces. Parking in Old Town is so rare, and such a commodity.

The building is located a short walk to Main street which is mostly a level walk, no real hills. Walking to Main Street from here is much easier than many of the typical Old Town location such as Lowell, Empire, and Norfolk. The units all enjoy large outdoor spaces on the main patio deck in the front, and other various decks including the large decks for hot tubs located on the end units adjacent to the Master Suite.

Some potential buyers and Realtors might argue that the building faces the busy road of Deer Valley Drive. True. But in Old Town, all the homes face streets. Some neighborhood streets may not be as busy, but in Old Town most locations are super tight and compact, with homes staring at each other, with very little space in between. Here you have a little extra elbow room, from the properties across the street, as their building is set back nicely. From these units, I would say you see more blue sky than what is typically found in most Old Town properties.

With the large interiors, abundant parking and storage, this is an Old Town location with walkability, yet it offers an opportunity for year-round full time living, which is hard to do in most Old Town locations.
