Parkwood is a small condominium property in Park City's favorite and very popular Old Town neighborhood. This location is something truly amazing, only a few steps from the ski run and Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. This is also only steps away from popular historic Main Street. Cant get much better for a location. What we like best about Parkwood is obviously the location. The building looks a little quirky from the outside, but the layouts of the condos interiors are actually quite nice.

Parkwood is located in the 800 block of Park Avenue and Woodside, hence the name "Parkwood". This location is ideal because it is only a half block from the Town Lift and the Park City Mountain Resort ski runs that come right down to Park City's Main Street. Also, so close by is the many trailheads for hiking and biking. For non-extreme sport enthusiasts in your family, they can easily enjoy themselves walking down to Main Street to explore the many shops and restaurants.
Parkwood was built in 1980-1982 and includes 6 townhome condos in the two buildings. The property also has underground parking and a common area patio and hot tub. Although a bit funky in style on the exterior, the interior layouts are quite nice. Some units have been remodeled, and some will still have the older "vintage" finishes. If you can find one of these available, this could be a great place to do a small cosmetic remodel project as the location is absolutely great!

The Caledonian is on the other side of the plaza, so also on popular Main Street and also ski-in, ski-out.
