Is Park Station the best Park City Real Estate choice for you?

Park Station's location is pretty much ideal. In Old Town the highest value is to be either ski-in, ski-out, or near the Town Lift and Main Street. Park Station is right at the bottom of Main Street and a very short walk to the Town Lift for skiing in winter and biking in summer. Guests who do not want to ski everyday will enjoy the easy walk to dining, shopping, coffe shops, art galleries, etc., on Main Street. Park City's City Park is right down the paved bike path as well. This location is amazing, and these condos are quite affordable.

Park Station is two brick buildings built in 1980-1982 and includes 81 units. There are a couple one bedroom condos but almost all are the same two bedroom layouts at about 1,250 square feet in size. The layouts are decent and make good sense, what we often call no nonsense layouts. Many owners have substantially remodeled their condos so style can change quite a lot from unit to the next. The condo development includes elevators, and a large common patio with pool and hot tub.
