Deer Valley Real Estate:

Empire Pass is Deer Valley's newest venue and includes homes and lodges of all types. Deer Valley is home to numerous developments, including condominiums and luxury single-family residences. Park City Real Estate:
Park City constitutes Old Town and the surrounding neighborhoods of Thaynes Canyon, Aspen Springs, The Aerie, Park Meadows and Prospector. Old Town remains the historic center of Park City, since its inception as a hotbed of mining in 1869. Located beneath the pristine ski runs of Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, Main Street is now lined with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and bars, but the original "Old West" feel still reigns. To the west Thaynes Canyon and Aspen Springs offer beautiful tree-lined streets and are adjacent to the iconic white McPolin Barn. Park Meadows and Prospector are ideal for families of all ages, with easy access to the Round Valley trails, local recreation venues and area schools. The Aerie sits above Old Town and Prospector and residents here enjoy incredible mountain views. OLD TOWN

Park City Extended Real Estate:
Neighborhoods within the extended Park City community include those in the Snyderville Basin, with boundaries stretching past Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch westward to Summit Park, and as far north as Glenwild and The Preserve. These neighborhoods feature a diverse mix of single-family homes, condominiums and townhouses, in many sizes, styles and prices. JORDANELLE

Park City Extended Real Estate:
Park City's neighboring communities include the larger Heber/Daniels and Midway/Charleston areas, the agriculturally-rich towns of Kamas, Francis, Woodland, Oakley, Peoa, Coalville, Wanship and Hoytsville, and the subdivisions located around the Jordanelle Reservoir. Heber and Midway are the most developed of these communities while the smaller towns present residents an opportunity for a more rural lifestyle. Although all of these neighboring communities are located outside of city limits, they certainly remain close to Park City's recreational opportunities. The three Park City ski resorts are 15-20 minutes away, and Sundance Resort, located near Mt. Timpanogos, is less than an hour down the road. Local trails abound, much to the enjoyment of hikers, horseback riders, mountain bikers and runners. The nearby Uinta mountains feature fantastic backpacking, camping and fishing. There are also numerous golf courses in these various communities.
