The Paintbrush homes are located in the Village at Empire Pass, in Deer Valley, in Park City, Utah. These home sare slopeside to Deer Valley Resort, and are within only a few steps, or a couple ski turns, to the Talisker Tower Club. Almost all of the homes back right up to the ski run, offering direct ski-in, ski-out access. Paintbrush homes were buit in 2005 - 2007 and include only 12 luxury, stand alone homes. The homes range in size from four to five bedrooms, with about 4,400 - 5,600 square feet, and one home has about 7,500 square feet.

The Village at Empire Pass is a new neighborhood within Empire Pass that offers some of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Deer Valley ski resort. It's planned to eventually include approximately 300 residences including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and club facilities. Approximately 90 percent of the homes in The Village will be ski-in/ski-out and serviced by Deer Valley's new Silver Strike Express high-speed quad chair lift.

Empire Pass is a master-planned ski-in/ski-out community at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah comprised of approximately 1,600-acres on the slopes of Flagstaff Mountain and Empire Canyon. Empire Pass will eventually include approximately 525 residences and club facilities.
