Is Motherlode the best Park City Real Estate choice for you?

The location of Motherlode is what sets it apart from many other home ownership options in Old Town. They are located at the intersection of Park Ave and Heber Ave, in the 600 block of Park Ave. This location allows guests to very easily walk to skiing at the Park City Mountain Resort Town ski lift. Also youre right off of Main Street so shopping, coffee, dining, art galleries, bars, etc, etc is so close by. There really is no need for a car from this location. Park Ave can often be a busy traffic location, but Motherlode is after the section of Park Ave where all Main Street traffic and buses turn to head to Main Street and the transit center, so this Park Ave location is not disturbed by the traffic.

Motherlode was built in 1982 in a Victorian style matching many of the historic Old Town miners cottages still around. The 15 unit condo project includes condos and townhomes. The townhomes have their own garages, while the condos have underground parking. The sizes range from 2 bedroom 800 square foot condos to 4 bedroom 2,400 square foot townhomes.
