What we like best about Greyhawk is the location, which is centrally located between Old Town and Deer Valley - great for summer and winter activities. These smaller townhomes provide a more affordable option for owning a second home in Park City's mountain wonderland.

Is Greyhawk the best Park City Real Estate choice for you?

The location of Greyhawk is one of its best aspects. This development is at 675 Deer Valley Drive, which is equidistant to both Main Street and Deer Valley ski resort. The FREE Park City bus runs up and down Deer Valley Drive with a bus stop right out front of Greyhawk. In summer, there are many nearby trails for hiking and biking. The units that face Deer Valley drive get more sun, and better views, although they do experience a bit more road noise.

These condos were built in 1996-1997 and is made up of 26 townhomes. Each townhome has its own outdoor deck and/or patio. All 26 units share acces to a large underground parking garage for plenty of parking with is a premium in Old Town. The style of the interiors is what we commonly call mountain contemporary and many units include wood flooring, granite counters, travertine tile, and other mountain materials. These 2 & 3 bedrooms condos range in size from 1,025 - 1,500 square feet. There is not hot tub or common area amenities, but a few units have installed their own private hot tubs.
